PERTANYAAN PERTANYAAN BAGI JAWAPAN LISAN

1. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI PENGAJIAN TINGGI menyatakan apakah bahasa pengantar yang akan digunakan bagi kampus cawangan universiti universiti ulung dari China dan Hong Kong yang mungkin dibuka dinegara kita, termasuk di Iskandar, Malaysia.
    
2. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan apakah jumlah hasil bersih daripada program pinjaman mikrokredit yang dikendalikan oleh Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia memandangkan sumber modal yang diberi oleh Kementerian sehingga 2008 mencecah RM2.9 bilion, dan adakah terdapat peruntukan bagi penyumbang ke tabung amanah mikrokredit diberi pengecualian cukai.
    
3. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan adakah Kerajaan sudah membuat kajian ekonomi-farmaco untuk memahami perimbangan kos yang ditanggung Kerajaan dan masyarakat apabila seorang warganegara mengidap penyakit seperti diabetis berbandingkan dengan kos berkaitan sekiranya pesakit dikenalpasti dengan lebih awal dan diberi rawatan secepat mungkin.
    
4. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta PERDANA MENTERI menyatakan apakah usaha yang telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2004 untuk membela nasib negara negara Dunia Ketiga dan negara negara selatan seperti yang dilakukan sebelum ini.
    
5. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan apakah rasionalnya perlaksanaan konsep "private financing initiatives" (PFI) apabila sokongan dan sumbangan kewangan Kerajaan masih diperlukan bagi menjayakan projek swasta seperti pembinaan lapangan terbang baru di Labu.
    
6. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta PERDANA MENTERI menyatakan adakah Kerajaan bercadang meminda Akta Profesion Perundangan 1976 untuk memperketatkan lagi bidang dan kuasa Majlis Peguam Malaysia yang kelihatan semakin terlibat dalam politik negara, sambil mengabaikan kebajikan keahliannya.
    
7. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta PERDANA MENTERI menyatakan adakah anak syarikat Khazanah Nasional, iaitu Blue Archipelago akan dipaksa menutup operasi ladang udang di Kerpan, Parlimen Jerlun, untuk beri laluan kepada projek penapisan minyak di kawasan itu, dan adakah rakyat di Jerlun yang terlibat secara langsung dalam industri udang itu akan diberi pampasan.
    
8. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI PELAJARAN menyatakan apakah usaha yang dilakukan untuk mempertingkatkan keberkesanan dan bilangan Sekolah Wawasan untuk memupuk perpaduan diantara kaum di negara kita.
    
9. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI LUAR menyatakan adakah Kerajaan bercadang untuk menghidupkan semula perbincangan secara terperinci dengan negara negara OIC, NAM dan ASEAN mengenai penggunaan matawang Dinar Emas memandangkan kebergantungan ekonomi dunia kepada dollar Amerika antara punca keruduman ekonomi pada masa ini.
    
10. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan :
    1. bagaimanakah Pakej Ransangan Pertama yang berjumlah RM7 bilion dibelanja dan apakah perkembangan setiap projek yang terlibat; dan
    2. kenapakah Pakej Ransangan Kedua masih belum dilancar seperti yang telah diumumkan sebelum ini, dan bilakah ianya akan dilancarkan.

1. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan kenapakah Pakej Monetari tidak diperkenalkan bersama dengan Pakej Fiskal yang telah dilancarkan bagi memperolehi impak yang lebih besar dan bermakna.
    
2. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KEWANGAN menyatakan adakah Kerajaan bercadang untuk mempertimbangkan semula duti duti impot dan ekspot, dan kekangan yang wujud dalam industri pembinaan perumahan bagi meransangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara.
    
3. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI KERJA RAYA menyatakan adakah Kerajaan bercadang untuk menghidupkan semula projek Jambatan Indah untuk mengganti Tambak Johor, dan menghubunginya dengan Kompleks CIQ melalui laluan yang kekal, sekaligus mengatasi masalah kesesakan yang disebabkan laluan sementara yang sedang digunakan.
    
4. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI LUAR menyatakan status dan perkembangan usaha Jawatankuasa Teknikal Bersama diantara Malaysia dan Singapura dalam isu penetapan sempadan maritim di Pulau Batu Putih.
    
5. Y.B. Dato' Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) minta MENTERI PERTANIAN DAN INDUSTRI ASAS TANI menyatakan adakah sebarang kajian untuk memahami peri-pentingnya ikan terumbu karang melalui proses pembiakan semulajadinya sebelum ditangkap untuk dimakan agar bekalan ikan di perairan Malaysia sentiasa mempunyai sumber yang berpanjangan dan mencukupi.

QUESTIONS FOR ORAL REPLY

1. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF HIGHER EDUCATION to state what medium of instruction will be used by the prestigious universities from China and Hong Kong that are to be opened in Malaysia, especially in the Iskandar Development Region.
    
2. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF FINANCE to state the amount of returns on microcredit loans totaling the sum of 2.9 billion as of 2008 which was given out by Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia and whether or not there are provisions to allow for tax exemptions to be given to contributors of microcredit funds.

DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF FINANCE to state whether or not the government has made an economy-pharmaco study on the comparative costs burdened upon the Government and society to treat a citizen suffering from diabetes in comparison to related costs incurred if the said condition of the citizen was diagnosed and treated earlier.
    
4. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the PRIME MINISTER to state the efforts taken since 2004 to defend and champion the causes of Third World and South-South nations as was previously done before.
    
5. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF FINANCE to explain the rationale behind the adoption and implementation of the concept of “private financing initiatives” (PFI) when the support and financial contribution of the Government is still required to ensure the success of private sector projects such as the construction of the proposed new airport in Labu.

DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the PRIME MINISTER to state whether the Government proposes to amend the Legal Profession Act 1976 to narrow the purpose and powers of the Malaysian Bar Council that has been actively involved in the political sphere while neglecting the welfare of its own members.

DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the PRIME MINISTER to state whether or not the subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional, Blue Archipelago will force the closure of the Kerpan shrimp farm located in the Parliamentary constituency of Jerlun to give way to the proposed oil refinery project there and whether or not the locals of Jerlun that are directly involved in the said shrimp industry will be compensated accordingly.
    
8. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF EDUCATION to state what are the efforts being taken to increase the effectiveness as well as numbers of ‘Visions Schools’ intended to foster national unity amongst the various races in the country.

DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS to state whether or not the Government intends to revive discussions with the member nations of the OIC, NAM and ASEAN in utilizing the ‘Gold Dinar’ as currency in view of the fact that the world’s dependence in the U.S. Dollar that has contributed to the current economic downturn.
    
10. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF FINANCE to state the following :
    1. how will the First Stimulus Package of RM7 billion be spent and what is the progress status of each project; and
    2. why hasn’t the Second Stimulus Package been implemented as was announced before and when will it eventually be implemented.

1. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF FINANCE to state why a Monetary Package hasn’t been introduced together with the recently announced Fiscal Package in order to create a greater and more meaningful impact.
    
2. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF FINANCE to state whether or not the Government intends to reinstate the import and export duty as well as reconsider the restrictions that exist in the construction industry in order to stimulate national economic growth.
    
3. Y.B. DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the WORK’S MINISTER to state whether or not the Government intends to revive the ‘Jambatan Indah’ project to replace the Johor Causeway and connect it to the CIQ complex by way of a permanent passageway, simultaneously solving the problem of traffic congestion caused by the temporary passage that is currently being used.

DATO’ Mukhriz Tun Dr. Mahathir (Jerlun) requests the MINISTER OF AGRICUTURE AND AGRO-BASED INDUSTRY to state whether or not any study has been conducted to understand the importance of the natural phenomena of spawning aggregation of reef fish before they are caught and eaten so as to ensure that the fish population within Malaysian territorial waters are forever in abundance.
